First of all the hosts are very nice, very friendly. When we arrived they offered us drinks and something sweet and helped us with our luggage. When we checked-out they offered us drinks for the road, very kind of them. A very big plus is the parking place they offer, Finding a parking place in August in Ksmail is a impossible mission. The room was big, clean and well equipped. The balcony of the room is very large. The position of the villa is very good, you can reach the beach or the center by foot in very short time. Near the location you have restaurants, exchange places and markets. Overall a nice place, a place I will choose again.

loved the location and the owners. They are so friendly. unlike other hotels they don’t knock on your door wanting to clean. They wait until you leave even if that’s just for dinner and clean them. they even washed the dishes if we left some in the sink. It’s a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants close by. In addition the bus stop is near by and there is a market within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners are extraordinary people, they try their best to make your stay as wonderful as possible (they welcomed us with juice and sweet treats, washed our car without us asking and also offered us cake during our stay). The villa was new and the room was very clean, with all the facilities that you need. The room was cleaned every day, sheets and towels were changed every 2 days. A large private parking was available, there was an exchange across the street and a very good restaurant nearby (Fourth Island). We had a great stay, looking forward to come back.

Villa ideal was perfectly situated very near the beaches and right in the city centre of Ksamil. The room had double glazing which we appreciated because we were in the middle of the city but we could sleep in quiet. It also had a big balcony. The room was very nice and big, very clean, and the beds very comfortable. At last the hosts were very nice and helpful and gave us tips about our surroundings, which beaches to go to, etc. We had a great experience at the villa Ideal and definitely recommend staying there if you are in Ksamil.

The owners are very kind, nice and helpful and it was always a pleasure to see them. The lady cleaned he apartment everyday. The boss brought us to Butrinto by car and helped us all the time we needed. The position of the house is very good. Very near to "Ksamil beach" and not far to the famous beaches ("3 Islands" and "Bora Bora"). We did not have car but on foot we could easily go everywhere (also to "the l/Last bay" that is the furthest but the nicest one in our opinion) and to go to restaurants and supermarkets. Very nice place, the owners were very helpful and kind. We got free drinks eery day. Parking area is very big also the room size was perfect. Balcony was good also faces to the street but street noise was not loud. Room was very clean, they changed sheets and towels every second day
