As it is the only apartment situated in this house, you have a lot of privacy. The chalet even contains a separate children's playroom, laundry room and a private ski storage. Because of its central location, the ski slopes of Zell am See and Kaprun are easy to reach. For an overview of the ski area of Zell am See Kaprun. If you book the apartment for a golf holiday, you find yourself within 2 minutes walking distance from the green.
