Located in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood, this residence offers easy access from the airport and excellent connectivity to public transport, ensuring convenient exploration of all the local attractions and exceptional restaurants Graz has to offer. Apartment: Spanning 45 square meters on the 3rd floor, this apartment features a separate bedroom with a luxuriously comfortable bed, while the functional kitchen is equipped with all the pots and pans necessary for your fantastic home cooking endeavors. Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxation or enjoying some Netflix time. Both the kitchen and showers are stocked with hot and cold water, as well as soap and shampoos for your convenience. Within the apartment, you'll discover a range of amenities including a fridge, cooking utensils, kitchen towel, dishwashing liquid, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, fans for the summer months, Wi-Fi access, towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper. Please note that there is no lift in the building. This apartment is an ideal and fully equipped retreat for a comfortable stay.
