Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.
Ich bin ein typischer Wiener Beamter, meine Frau stammt aus den Philippinen wie auch ihr Neffe. Das Haus hat eine typisch Wiener Geschichte: Im Hof gab es bis zum 2. Weltkrieg die Seidenfabrik meiner Familie, der Kaiser hat sich bei einem Besuch auf der Marmortafel im Eingang verewigt. Meine Hobbies sind MTB/Ski und Reisen. I live with my family in the neighboring apartment and one of us is mostly there, otherwise you can contact us by telephone.
In a side street, very close to a busy shopping street, and yet is the apartment very quiet. A supermarket is located on the ground floor of our house. Public parking is in the Building, too. With the nearby subway you can reach very quickly both to the museums and touristy points, great restaurants as well as to the business centers. If arriving by plane you can get to us either by ViennaAirportLines (bus) to Westbahnhof and then one station by U3 (subway), or by CAT (train) to "Wien Mitte" and then by U3 some stations till station "Zieglergasse" or by AirportDriver (taxi). If arrinving by train drop off at Bahhof Wien Meidling, then take the U6 to Westbahnhof or dropp off the train at station Wien Mitte and take U3. Parking in the area is chargeable on Mondays till Saturdays (parking tickets in the Trafik Shop or by app), in the house there is also a public parking garage for a fee.
