Property info

Haus Flora am Kaiser is located in Sebi, a district of Niederndorf, directly at the foot of the Zahmen Kaiser. The direct view of the Kaiser Mountains offers beautiful views in every season. It is a single-family house that we ourselves occupy with three generations. The guest apartment is on the lower level of the house and is accessible without stairs. Directly in front of the house there is a parking space for a car or motorbikes. Storage space for skis, toboggans or bicycles is available at the house or, on request, in the garage. A private south-facing seating area with rustic bench and large table in front of the house is reserved for guests only. For a quiet end to the day, we are also happy to share our large terrace with a magnificent view of the Zahmen Kaiser. Here you can not only enjoy a balmy summer evening, but also a clear frosty winter hour by the crackling campfire with hot drinks is an unforgettable highlight for nature lovers.
