Centralized n easily access to railway lines.

Wifi connection was weak and irritating as it gets cut off very often despite being on the business floor. I may recommend the hotels to my friends but I will warn them about your Wifi instability.

Very close to mainline and underground services. Clean, modern and spacious bedroom with proper wardrobe, and bathroom. Hotel staff spoke English when needed. Easy journey back from the finish of Vienna Half Marathon. Near busy shopping street.

Wasn't tempted to stay for breakfast at the price offered, but plenty of places to purchase your own. Probably a little early in the year for the best choice of attractions.

becouse, hotel is in the street Mariahilfestrasse and you can walk to city center.

room was very clean, bathroom had good lighting and make-up mirror (women notice how important it is only if this feature is missing). Breakfast was rich, with a lot of options

rooms were a little worn. Breakfast room was crowded and no too much space between tables.

The location of the Hotel is perfect. The Hotel also provide a local transport ticket which helped me to use all the underground and the trams.

Free Wi Fi is not provided in the rooms or any where in the hotel . but free wire internet is provided in the receiption. the size of the double bed is not small.

very good location, friendly and efficient staff, cleanliness of the room, very quiet although the hotel is in the busiest shopping area.

in dire need of a refurbishing, paid internet connection (by now it's already a commodity like electricity).

Very friendly staff willing to do their best to be at your service. Good, but pricey breakfast. Nice views when in the right room (911,910,912) at the 9th floor. Good, safe location right to shopping street and next to train station (from de,ch directions). Free public transport ticket.

You have to pay for internet. 9Th level although meant to be exquisite is cold in winter (problem of most InterCity hotels).

Everything was great, hotel stuff was really nice, the location is close to the center and also the hotel is situated at the main shopping street of the city, so while you walk to the center you can visit a lot of good stores

The Wi-Fi in the rooms is extremely expensive, but there is a free Internet at the computer in the hall

The ideal location and free travel in the city. Very helpful staff and lovely breakfast selection.

Room a little too hot and not being able to alter heating. This was only a minor issue though.

Internet way too expensive!!! 4€/hour??! Two single beds instead of one double bed we asked for... The receptionist wasn't helpful, answered that we could sleep separated...

the very reasonable room rate included a public transit pass. I believe that they are the only Vienna Hotel which offers this

One had to pay 4Euros for wifi, this seems to not be au courant.
