The hotel is very well placed in the main shopping area of Vienna The hotel is announced by booking agencies as being 4 stars. It is clear a 3 stars hotel. |

As I have visited Vienna many times previously to see the sights, my main reason to visit the city now is to photograph the railway locomotives at the nearby Westbahnhof (5 minutes walk). Fellow enthusiasts should note that there are no views of the station from the hotel, and that the OBB Traction Maintenance Depot is about a 20 minute walk. Nothing to put here. |

The room and the bathroom were clean and spacy, and the hotel location was simply perfect. The room was very nice prepared to welcome the guests. The cleaning service started earlier than we woke up, so it was a little bit laud in the moring. |

They allowed us to check in although we arrived at 9 am. And they arranged for the extra beds, sheets and towels immediately upon request. there could be more counter staff during check out time instead of letting the guests wait. |

The hotel was very central for the railway station & city/shops. The room was a little grubby (walls and carpet) and also hot. If you opened the window you were deafened by traffic noise. A fan was provided which helped a little but I think the room would be uncomfortably hot in the peak summer months. |

Convenience with the City facilities (shopping, conections) + providing free underground transport by the Hotel. In the Hotel there is only liquid soap and poor quality shampoo. They must improve these accessories. |

I liked that it was close to the train station, metro stop and that as a guest I was given a free metro pass. The hotel is also across from a small shopping center that has a hair salon and a grocery store along with clothing, etc... Need to have smaller increments of time for the internet, because the lobby internet was 8 euros for an hour and that was the smallest increment of time that could be purchased. Also, if you have an early early flight, a taxi to the airport is 37 euros flat. |

Location was very convenient. Westbahnof is a good place to stay if you're coming by train from some other location. I also liked the people at the reception who were willing to help out. The pricing did not make that much sense to me. I thought the hotel was overpriced for the facilities it was providing. Yes, the location was decent but not really central. To have to pay for everything from internet to coffee was a bit too much to handle. The price of the breakfast was exhorbitant by most standards. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the is perfect for many reasons. For us very important was the fact that the hotel provides free public transportation tickets for the hole stay at the hotel. The rooms are not clean enough. Especially the curtains and the linen. We had to change our first room due to very dirty curtains. Though the curtains of the other room were cleaner than in the first one, one hardly could call them clean. It would be good to have at least one-two English broadcasting TV channels (not only news channels). |
