Welcome to Chalet "Berg 7" (ex Dienten Cabin) in Dienten at the foot of the Hochkönig. The chalet is a 300 year old farmhouse with 2 flats over approx. 160sqm. It offers modern comfort and cosiness, a fireplace and a sauna. The chalet offers the perfect starting point for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking. It is located slightly outside and only 3 minutes by car from the Hochkönig ski area. Over the last few years, a lot of work has been done to keep the tradition of the old building while offering a high level of comfort. The house is perfect for larger groups and families with children. The house has some low door frames. Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed. 10 persons 4 bedrooms 1 living room with fireplace, sofa bed, TV and Chromecast, Bluethooth speakers. 1 living room with sofa bed, TV and Chromecast 2 kitchens 3 bathrooms Sauna Approx. 160sqm Parking for 4 cars Garden
Skiing, snowboarding and culinary delights. The Hochkönig ski area extends over 150 kilometres of slopes around Dienten, ideal for beginners and experts alike. Thanks to considerable investment in the infrastructure over the last few years, there are modern lift systems, snow-making facilities and first-class mountain huts and restaurants. Ski passes, equipment hire and ski / snowboard lessons are available on site at the new ski centre. And there is also plenty on offer for off-piste and touring. In addition, there are over 40 km of cross-country ski trails nearby. Hiking, cycling, climbing The Hochkönig is a paradise for hiking, cycling and climbing in summer. Around the chalet there are hundreds of kilometres of hiking trails into the beautiful mountain world. Mountain bikers will discover a multitude of single trails and bike paths that can be enjoyed directly from the chalet. The mecca for freeride and downhill trails, the Bikepark Leogang, is about a 30-minute drive from the chalet. But also friends of racing bikes and gravel bikes get their money's worth with challenging climbs and descents.
