The apartment has ski boot heaters to keep snow away and a balcony to cherish the mornings with coffee. It is ideal for a large family or group of 8. The apartment rests close to the Kappl im Paznauntal ski area, which has excellent slopes for downhill skiing and snowboarding. You also have 192 km of cross-country skiing trails here. To reach the ski area, you can catch the ski bus at 100 m. You will find the nearest restaurants at 1 km. The town center, nightlife pubs, and supermarkets are 3 km away. The ground floor apartment has central heating for comfort in colder days. There is a radio in the living room to tune to music or news. The oven in the kitchen is in place to bake cakes for special dinners. For little guests, you have a cot and high chair in the apartment. Parking for 2 cars is available.
