The apartment is modern and newly renovated in a great location with an excellent transport accessibility.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: high-quality kitchen furniture, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, dishes, high-quality bed linens, towels and comfortable mattresses, an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer, free toiletries, free and fast Wi-Fi and much more. We are always in touch and ready to solve any problem. You will like it for sure if you come.

Neighborhood info

Well maintained area, near the parks with playgrounds for children, indoor pool, bank, post office, shops, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, salons! 3 minutes walk for the best ice cream cafe Tichy in the city and to Favoritenstraße shopping street. The Therme Wien can be reached directly with the U1 line. Location is very convenient with good transport accessibility: metro line U1(3min walk), main Central station(15min walk). The apartment is close to the city center(15 min by U1 line), all sights of the city can be easily reached! Note: there is no possibility to store luggage.
