Property info

Our residence is located only 350 m from Viennese Prater on a beautiful side street. You can reach our place within 4-5 minutes of walking from stop "Praterstern". Our newly renovated residence is overlooking a quiet backside area without any noise from traffic and will guarantee you a pleasant stay after a whole day of exploring Vienna. It is a one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. It comes with one double bed (180 X 200 cm) and one sofa bed which makes it suitable to accommodate up to 4 people. There is also a small dining area prepared for 4 people. There is a separate kitchen and has all the basic necessary items such as salt, tea, coffee, sugar, oil etc. that you might need during your stay in Vienna. The bathroom and toilet are separated and the bathroom has one big bathtub with a shower head. The very famous and big amusement park Prater, Vienna's one of the oldest restaurants "Schweizerhaus" are just a short walking distance from the apartment. The parking place is just 3 minutes away from the apartment and costs between six to eight euros per day. six euros with APCOA FLOW App and eight euros if you buy a traditional paper ticket. :)
