Villa Holiday Home is only a 6-minute walk from Schüttdorf’s center and 1.2 mi from Lake Zell am See. It offers a beautiful chalet with a garden, sauna and infrared cabin. With a total surface of 689 ft², the chalet includes 6 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large living room includes a large dining area and a comfortable corner sofa. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The chalet is also equipped with a washing machine. In the garden, guests can enjoy the view of the Kitzbühel Alps or have a barbecue. There is also a seating area with garden furniture. In winter, the bus to Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun stops only a few yards away from the Holiday Home. The Areit cable car is a 3-minute drive away. Kindly note that this house is NOT a party location and that the villa is located in a quiet residential area.
