Cozie Homes is a Cairns based Real Estate and tourism company, specialising exclusively in the short term holiday market. We operate a number of holiday homes between Cairns City and the northern beaches, made up of a combination of houses, villas and units within holiday apartment complexes. As well as accommodation, we are also able to provide shuttle transfers, car hire, local tours, as well as cot and highchair hire for your stay. We have a large dedicated team, with a combined wealth of knowledge in the accommodation and tourism industry. All of whom are ready to help make your visit to the tropics a memorable one.

Pet Policy: All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property. Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted. One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs. No hunting dogs. Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property. Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival. Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires. No dogs on the furniture. No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew. A pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning. Treehouse is made up of two floors. The main, upper floor consists of three bedrooms, main living space, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The lower floor has a large lounge room and bedroom, with its own bathroom and small kitchenette area.
