This much loved family home is located in a quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, Cinema, Aquatic Centre, Deakin University and Epworth Hospital. The perfect base for a family or group exploring the Great Ocean Road, beaches and Nature Parks or heading into Geelong for entertainment, Adventure Park, visiting family or friends.
