Gorgeous Stylish Beach “Shack” – 2 Bath – Walk to Beach ** All guests are welcomed with a bottle of SA wine and chocolate ** This gorgeous 3 bedroom beach house has just been fully renovated – kitchen, bathrooms (yes – two of them!), floors, lighting, furniture – basically top to bottom! Walking distance to the fabulous Goolwa Beach and so close to the golf course and the river, this beach house is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Goolwa has to offer. Usually you can hear the very special sound of the waves pounding in at Goolwa Beach! The house has two open plan spaces – the kitchen area and a big living/dining room to the rear. Both living spaces have a big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine (Aldi), plus a big island bench with stools. There are three good sized bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. The brand new bathroom is beautifully finished and there’s an ensuite off the main bedroom at the other end of the house. There is a big deck to the rear of the property and a delightful private, fully enclosed rear yard (great for pets and kids!). You can park in an enclosed carport (behind the roller door) and there is also plenty of off street parking in the driveway. Bedding configuration (Sleeps 6) Main bedroom – Queen (sleeps 2) Second bedroom (Double – sleeps 2) Third bedroom (Bunk beds (2 singles) – (sleeps 2)) The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. Entertainment – there is NBN WiFi available at the property plus Apple TV (with Netflix). To eat out (great for brunch and lunch), walk just a few minutes to the fabulous Kuti Cafe at Goolwa Beach. Great coffee, delicious food and stunning views. Please note that this property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks Bird hide Bird Hide, Goolwa – far end of Barrage Rd, past Bristow-Smith Ave. Birds to see include Caspian and Crested Tern, Great Crested Grebe, Eurasian Coot, Comorants, Raptors and Pelicans. Bristow Smith Reserve Nature Playspace “Nature Playspace” Bristow Smith Reserve, Goolwa – located on the river, its features nclude a wooden climbing boat, logs, ropes, tunnels, swings sculptures and a carved tree! Popular with adults and kids alike. Head to Barrage Rd, Goolwa South. Wharf Area Goolwa Wharf Area, Goolwa – lovely walk along the river. Boats, wharfs, pelicans, wet lands, parks and more. Hayborough Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way Horseshoe Bay Iconic, picturesque bay & popular diving spot known for its coral reefs & variety of sea life. John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike. Kent Reserve Located at the Victor Harbor end of Franklin Pde, this large park has a small basketball court, adult gym equipment, BBQ facilities, shelters and toilets
