You must show a valid photo ID upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a refundable security bond of $300 to be charged at check-in on your arrival, the bond would be refunded on your departure date if there is no any damage, breakage or loss in the unit. Usually, it will take 2 to 3 business days depending on the bank transaction time and then, the bond would be back to your indicated card account.

The property will provide each booking one time of linen, start kit and cleaning pack for free, extra requests or items will charge a fee.
