Cook your meals in a fully-equipped kitchen that’s fit with high-end appliances including an oven, electric cooktop, full-sized fridge and all the cooking utensils and crockery you’ll need; and then dine indoors at the two-person wooden dining table. After a delicious meal, unwind on the comfortable grey couch for two—that doubles as a sofa bed and can sleep a third guest—sitting opposite a flat-screen TV before heading into the stylish bedroom that’s furnished with a plush queen bed, luxurious black-out blinds and ample built-in cupboard space. Working remote? A workstation is set up in the living room with a desk and a chair while high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Make use of a pristine bathroom with a rainshower, spacious vanity and sleek black-tiled floors. Additional amenities include air conditioning and a washing machine. Feel free to request the setup of the sofa bed along with extra linen. Please be aware that there is an 80AUD charge for this service. Kindly remember to make this request; otherwise, the sofa bed won't be arranged. **MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING*** Depending on the weather, the apartment can be damp as it is an old heritage building with ongoing works. This is a building issue Strata Management is trying to resolve.
