This two bedroom, one bathroom loft style apartment is spacious and perfectly suited for a family or small group of friends wanting to be part of action in town. This apartment is right in the center of town and only a stone's throw away from popular cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The bedrooms are located upstairs and both have a tri-bunk. The living are has air-conditioning and the kitchen, lounge, dining is all open plan and lead onto a balcony overlooking town towards the lake. There is a combined bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer and a separate toilet. Parking is available in the car park at the rear of the building. Other important facts: - This property is fully equipped with linen for your stay. - Your booking includes a starter pack of amenities and a Friendly Grocer Voucher. - Parking is available for the complex but is unassigned and cannot be reserved - This is a loft style apartment and the bedroom is open to the living area below -The staircase is a spiral staircase and may not be suitable for less mobile guests - A 50% deposit will be processed at time of booking.
