Private Loft-style, 2 bedroom townhouse with your own private entry door, 30 minutes drive to Sydney CBD, 20 minutes drive from Sydney Airport, and only 5 minutes drive to surrounding beaches! Sitting in an elevated position, this home enjoys 180-degree bay views and breezes with its own large terrace balcony overlooking Kogarah Bay. 55-inch TV with Netflix, Optus Sport, and Fast Wifi. Full kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. Queen bed in each room with block out curtains and blinds, desk and office chair, internal washer, and dryer machine. Free street parking is available only. Strictly, no parties or extra guests are allowed on the property. Other residents reside in the building separately. The rear yard is private property not accessible for guests. 24-hour surveillance.
