If there is one place you must visit its Tramsheds - Originally a tramway depot built in 1904, this has become a local hotspot for fantastic restaurants, local retailers and a weekly growers market every Sunday. Be sure to check their website for other events happening around the time of your stay! A gorgeous walk is the foreshore walk around to Jubilee park - perfect for an afternoon picnic. As the light draws in, head to the Different Drummer, a hole-in-the-wall style bar, dimly lit, down to earth and open until 2 am. For a more upscale dining experience check out No.92 wine, serving great wine in a gorgeous 19th-century ‘home-style’ restaurant. Powerhouse museum and Australian Maritime Museum are about a 20-minute walk or you can catch the light rail. There are great public transport links around this property, and we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
