Please note that, once the booking is confirmed, we will require a copy of the guest's ID along with a selfie photo while holding it. A valid credit card is necessary for the damage deposit bond, which will be authorized 2-3 days before your arrival. Kindly acknowledge and sign the terms and conditions before your arrival. Failure to provide these documents may result in the cancellation of your booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate guests aged 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult over 25. Additionally, there is a non-refundable 3.5% credit card fee for any payment made using a credit card. The booking deposit will be charged immediately after booking. Please note this apartment only sleeps a maximum of 4 guests including infants and children. Due to the size we won't be able to accommodate more than a total of 4.

Please note, this 2-bed apartment is just below the main property where the owners live full time. You will have your own access down the side of the property and have your own privacy and space.

There is a door in the apartment that connects upstairs internally but it will be locked on both sides.

You will have access to the apartment and shared pool and garden.

The property is unsuitable for children under 12 years old.
