It's a brand new house of 64m2 with 500m2 of property around. It's located next to the river Sana, with seethrough water at 5 meters. It's like a "naturel" swimming pool, perfect for swimming. The river's name Sana, comes from latin and means health. It's an ecological house. The water we use is tested and comes from our well. The space is optimised. The two rooms are each 10m2 big. The bathroom is 8m2 big and has a huge shower. The living space is composed by a living room and an american kitchen and has 35m2. The domestic electrical applience is very good quality, with induction and a last generation water heater. The decoration is in harmony with the nature around and is very fonctional. The riverhouse has a King size bed (180x200), a double bed (140x200), a simple bed (90x200) and a sofa bed (160x200). There is space for 7 people. The house is located on the best spot in Prijedor, which is called Žeger, and is in the middle of nature. It is 5 km from the center, which is called Korzo.
