Nestled within a 10,000m2 property, this unique residence is situated in the picturesque village of Ustikolina, just 10 km from Foča and 20 km from Goražde. Combining elements of traditional Ottoman architecture with Bosnian features, this house offers a captivating blend of styles. The property is conveniently located right next to the scenic Drina river. Comprising of 4 spacious bedrooms, a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a delightful dining room, the house provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. You'll also find a large terrace, perfect for soaking in the surrounding natural beauty, a traditional inner courtyard that adds a touch of tranquility, and a tower designed as a peaceful retreat. Additionally, the house features a 16-meter private swimming pool, a game room for entertainment, and a spacious yard spanning 1500m2. One of the highlights of this estate lies in the production of domestic products sourced from our own fruits and vegetables, cultivated within our greenhouses, covering approximately 4000m2. Neighborhood info

Ustikolina is a populated place and the seat of the Foča-Ustikolina municipality, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located at the confluence of the Kolina River with the Drina. A 2,000-year-old road leading from Foča passed through this area from the right bank of the Drina. In 2016, archaeologists investigated this area after reports from locals. They found a rich deposit of ancient Roman bronze and copper coins, dating from the 2nd to the 4th century, and pottery on the cultivated fields, which proves that this was a developed region back then. Sand pyramids or earth pyramids are an extraordinary natural phenomenon and they are located only nine kilometers from Foča, Maglić is a Dinaric mountain on the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, about twenty kilometers southwest of Foča. Maglić is the mountain with the highest peak in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its highest peak is Veliki Vitao (2,396 m) in Montenegro, while on the Bosnian side of the mountain, the highest peak is Maglić at 2,386 m above sea level
