The room was spacious

The bath tub was old The toilet smelled badly The fitted carpet in the room smelled badly Although I asked the reception to book a taxi for me the evening before departure, the next morning (at 5 AM, i. e., not at rush hour) I almost missed my flight. I believe they simply forgot to book my taxi.

Large room for a family of 4. Location was just out of town in a safe neighbourhood. No hassle really as a family travel card costs only 10 euros for busses and metro and we were only a couple of metro stops from the action (metro stop Schuman). There are a few bars and restaurants close plus a Carrefour for groceries and drink.The price was great for what we got plus plenty of free street parking. Breakfast is 14 Euro's but there is a great breakfast joint with omeletes and pastries right around the corner. The kids thought that the typical tiny european lift was 'Wicked'

Front desk staff were not too friendly but in the grand scheme of things, what does that really matter?? Get your room key, throw your bags in the door and get out and explore Brussels!!

The location, easy to reach by bus directly from the airport

It is a bit old fashion, The toilet and the air drier in the room smelled a bit, and also the elevator.

Perfect destination for those who have business arrangements in the European Commission district in Brussels; It is very near Schuman and bus stop for the Airport (bus no.12 and 21); Large and confortable room and bathroom; Very clean; Polite staff

Really great everything. Free parking, luxurious room n amazing position

Very quiet room as requested.

Strong smell of cigarettes (I had not requested non-smoking room). Very basic but it was very reasonable and I was arriving late in the vevning and leaving early am so was fine for me.

Location, wide offer of international tv programs, wide lcd tv

Wifi internet connection is not for free

The location was very good for the purpose.

The room was rusty and the furniture old. The curtains at the windows had stains of rust. On of the blankets was full of lints but had to use it anyway since the room was very cold. The radiator was not strong enough to keep the room warm. The wireless access price 5 eur per hour. I don't think a 3* hotel should charge use of internet in this century.

Welcoming staff, excellent location and value, good breakfast buffet, spacious and comfortable room.

Good location and reasonable room rates. The rooms are spacious and with all confort. Hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly.

The breakfast was not included and the additional cost of 14 eur was a little bit higher than what we would expect. The hotel is clean but it is not a new hotel, therefore some bizzare smells in the toilets (not too serious).
