The location of the hotel close to the town centre The free wifi was a strong attraction also

There was nothing that I didn't like

The rooms were of good size and the location was very central. Parking and WiFi were free. Comfortable beds, good design and very friendle staff.

There was a bad odour in the room coming from the drains. The door was locked after 11:00pm and we had to wait outside for 20 minutes until someone came and let us in.

This little nice hotel is situated very close to the Central Station of Namur. It is extremely important for me for hotel to be clean and quite - that's what I found in Ibis hotel. Very clean Nicely decorated rooms (we had fantastic round (!) shower cabine) Large window New airconditioners were properly working Great location - 10 mins walk to the town center Hair dryer Breakfast - you can choose large menu or just coffee & croissant

No shampoo (which is not a big deal, but still..) Internet cost far too much (4.5 Eur / H)

The hotel has parking (9 euro per night). Nice and friendly hotel staff (they all speak very good English which is not very common in that part of Belgium). The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Namur train station and old town. Good value for money.

There were too few towels in the room (only 2, no hand towels). I expected to find at least 2 hand towels. We didn't get the room we actually booked. We booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, but got a room with 2 single beds instead. However we decided not to change the room since it was enough anyway, and we stayed just for 1 night.

The price was a bit high, but there were not many choices of hotel in Namur and this is the cheapest one that we found on booking.com

situation géographique excellente (à 5 minutes à pied de la gare). Literie confortable et salle de bain fonctionnelle et agréable. Bac de douche spacieux.

mauvaise isolation sonore vitrage. Pas de couverture supplémentaire. Prix du petit-déjeuner bien excessif. Déco salle petit-déjeuner plutôt "kitch". Taxe de séjour trop élevée.

Accueil et service très prévenants. Bar agréable.

Literie très insuffisante : matelas trop dur, oreillers de mauvaise qualité et très durs. Cabine de toilette en plastique. Chauffage à air pulsé. Petit déjeuner très insuffisant pour le prix.

La proximité du centre, le confort des lits (fermeté de matelas).

Pas de pression à la douche, évacuation lente.

El trato del personal (atentísimos y muy amables) la ubicación, la limpieza, la cama (comodísima) el aislamiento acústico (realmente reseñable)... Han sido casi perfectos. En el precio de reserva no se incluye el impuesto municipal de 1,20€ por persona/noche (pequeña sorpresa que a mí, personalmente, no me gusta nada) Aún así, muy buena, casi excelente relación calidad-precio (no utilizamos el servicio de desayuno del hotel, que sí nos pareció un poco caro)

El diseño del baño, que parece el de un coche-cama, y el tamaño del armario, pequeño hasta resultar incómodo, desmerecen un poco la categoría del hotel. Quizá, la decoración de la habitación resulte algo impersonal, más propia de hotel de aeropuerto o de una noche que de un sitio donde pasar unos días
