The price was almost proportional with facilities and comfort, but at the end, the rate matters, especially by comparison with most hotels.. Booking via Internet was reliable. Not clear about room rate. Standard rate was 95 Euro, while in weekend it was lower. However, although we stayed Saturday/Sunday we paid 95. |

In fact, nothing. Too far from the railway station (it is stated, that a few minutes, but it takes 15), too pretenscious in disign and too incommode - not forget to mind the high step to the bathroom, very funny in the night! Terribly noisy at the morning, we can't sleep from 5 a.m. And - the greatest fun - an Internet access, 5 Euro pro 15 minutes. Believe and try any other hotel in Namur. Management. It's not the great idea to take money just for the famous lable. And to change broken curtains, and to add soap into the empry container, and to put one more chair into the double room (for two persons who used to sit on the separate chairs). |

Staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want to eat you can have a snack from a snack bar 24 h and they can order a nice pizza and deliver it to your room. As we stayed there in the winter the room was a bit cold when we arrived, had to switch on the air conditioning, then it took some time until it warmed up. The shower/toilet cabin in the corner could smell better. |
