Quiet, clean room, good wiew from window, no far from railvay station and city center. Free internet on reception.

Room was ok, clean, quiet although on a street with bustraffic (I had a room at the back), nice view. Location opposite the African Museum with a busstop. Almost all buses go to the station. Easy to walk to center. Staff spoke Dutch; it's strange I have to mention this, but it's not that common in Wallonien hotels although it's a bilangual country. Nice restaurants nearby.

I had booked via Booking.com, but the hotel hadn't received any booking. Very strange, but after 15 minutes and a nice cappucino I got a room. I didn't use breakfast; too expensive. Restaurant looked too much like a canteen.

Good location, good breakfast which was available nice and early. I'd certainly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in easy walking distance of the old town and the fortress was accessible too. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff spoke English well and were very helpful. Breakfast was available for 14 euros. It was quite okay with a variety of choices. They do offer some snacks in the evening and drinks are available from reception all the time. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant next door.

It seemed to be a little further from the station than I expected. I'm glad I got a taxi from the station as it was a little far to walk with luggage.

Hotel OK, in the city centre with garage facilities was a great advantage.

I would have prefered an easychair for relaxation.

The price for me is not too enpensive and staff is friendly and near just the namur trian station

the hotel is very conveniently located, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the university. the room was a little bit small, but nice and clean. the staff was nice and helpful. the wifi is free and works perfectly everywhere in the hotel!!!

we only had one towel each, but when I asked for two extra towels they gave them to us without any problem. moreover the toilet only has a soap dispenser and no shampoo/conditioner/shower gel complimentary bottles, which I think should be a given! also the breakfast was not included and I think that 15 euros is definitely too much to ask for it!

Good central location with parking, although limited spaces they still found room for our 6 motorcycles

There is a car park, but it's first come first serve... even after check-in! If you check-in, go out by car then come back, there's a chance you will not find a parking spot anymore... That seems very unprofessional to me.

Quick overnight to watch the Tour de France. Room clean. Staff helpful - let us leave car in parking area until 3pm so we didn't have to move. Breakfast very poor, but typical of budget hotels - not worth €14 each. Beer was good. Overall, was just fine for our purpose.

No real gripes. Typical budget hotel chain in central location - not the prettiest part of town that's for sure.

very happy, typical Ibis quality services and amenities, short walk from the historical centre with restaurants and shops. The hotel has a limited number of parking places but there is plenty of (paid) parking available outside.

The rooms were of good size and the location was very central. Parking and WiFi were free. Comfortable beds, good design and very friendle staff.

There was a bad odour in the room coming from the drains. The door was locked after 11:00pm and we had to wait outside for 20 minutes until someone came and let us in.

The Hotel Ibis Namur is an excellent choice for a great stay in the area, comparing favourably with the other hotels in Namur for both price and location, typically being cheaper for a single room than the other options. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre with plenty of restaurants as well as sightseeing opportunites within easy reach (5-15 mins walk), as well as being a similarly short walk from the river. The reception/management staff are welcoming, competent and fluent in many languages which helps for an easy, pleasant stay. The rooms are fairly simple but pleasant and relaxing for all types of travellers. They are spacious, clean and comfortable and represent significant value for money relative to the alternatives.
