It was very clean, friendly, and everything worked, good location, not far from the station, (ten minute walk), and the front desk were always on hand if you had any questions. The service desk were very helpful, thank you for a good stay:-)

This little nice hotel is situated very close to the Central Station of Namur. It is extremely important for me for hotel to be clean and quite - that's what I found in Ibis hotel. Very clean Nicely decorated rooms (we had fantastic round (!) shower cabine) Large window New airconditioners were properly working Great location - 10 mins walk to the town center Hair dryer Breakfast - you can choose large menu or just coffee & croissant No shampoo (which is not a big deal, but still..) Internet cost far too much (4.5 Eur / H)

The hotel has parking (9 euro per night). Nice and friendly hotel staff (they all speak very good English which is not very common in that part of Belgium). The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Namur train station and old town. Good value for money. There were too few towels in the room (only 2, no hand towels). I expected to find at least 2 hand towels. We didn't get the room we actually booked. We booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, but got a room with 2 single beds instead. However we decided not to change the room since it was enough anyway, and we stayed just for 1 night.

After I cheked out, I left my luggage and borrowed an umbrella and enjoyed sightseeing. I didn't noticed when I made reservation through booking.com that I can't canccel the reservation and without breakfast.

Very nice staff. They spoke Dutch fluently and gave us a hearty welcome. Clean rooms, correct service. The parking was 9 euros. I would have preferred a lower price.

Affordable accomodation for a Town Visit, the hotel is quite close to the city centre, the room is essential but confortable and clean. I don't like to pay an extra price for a buffet breakfast.

We were touring the Belgian Ardennes and had already had a very pleasant stay at the IBIS in Dinant, the Namur IBIS was equally up to standard. We will be staying at IBIS hotels where possible in future.Staff very pleasant and helpful.Well done IBIS! Charge for parking our car in your car park rather steep considering we were touring and had no real alternative for the two night stay.

Dichtbij station gelegen.Prima kamer voor kort verblijf. Zeer goed werkende airco. Geen Nederlandse zender. Een bandhanddoek per persoon. Zeepreservoir in douche leeg.

Das Zimmer war klein. Ich hatte ein 2Betten Zimmer bestellt bekam ein 1Bettzimmer. Es war sehr war, die Klimaanlag lief aber nicht. Das Badezimmer war einfach von der Größe her lächerlich. Es gab kein Minibar. Um es kurzzuhalten, war ich auf diese Buchung wutend!
