De grote en mooi onderhouden tuin met zicht op de omliggende velden. Gezelschapsspelletjes en speelgoed voor de kinderen. 2 koffietoestellen (senseo en filtertoestel) aanwezig, ook fruitpers, toaster enz. Ook handig: suiker, peper, zout, olijfolie, wasmiddel, vaatwastabletten enz aanwezig.
