Good location - close to Bansko centre and Gondola lift. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a nice balcony, the beds were comfortable and the staff seemed to place new toilet paper rolls in the bathroom whenever it was needed.

The studio and 1 br apartments were very spacious, with nice views of the mountains. They were pretty quiet even with open windows. All the facilities were very clean. It is located very close to both the gondola and the town. You don't have to drive to get to either place. Lots of stores, supermarkets, and restaurants withing 10-15 min walk at most.

The great stay in Bansko! Mountain view from all the windows. Sauna, steam, jacuzzi, ping-pong inside and included in price. The price is absolutely reasonable. 5 minutes walk from gondola. 2 minuts from the supermarket, just beside the center of city and the touristic part of the city. Super attentive and nice staff! Recommend this apartment 100%

Room was according to the photos, very spatious and clean. Breakfast was very good (with one exception but was fixed the following morning). The lady who welcomed us was friendly and accommodating.
