Hotel was clean, room comfortable. My room was ready when I arrived and the staff let me check-in early. I had to step out and came back at 1:30am and reception was still open. There is a parking across the street with enough space for the cars.

The lady who checked us in at the hotel was wonderful - she spoke English well, was really kind and smiling. In the following days, the staff had very basic English skills. The room was pleasant - air conditioning, fast Internet. The hotel's unfavorable location is saved by the short distance to the bus stop. Buses run frequently, and you can reach the center of Burgas without major difficulties (it's worth reading about public transportation, there are ticket inspectors on the bus who sell and check tickets, they rarely speak English and are unfriendly).
