The hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a supermarket that works till late hours. The pool is great, it's not too crowded and even when we got around 11am there was still a place in the shade. The beach is near and nice. The food is ok, even my kids found what to eat. The hotel is a 5-10 min drive from Sunnybeach, which is great to go to in the evening. My kids enjoyed the slides.

The stuff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and well equiped. There are 2 playgrounds and 3 pools, one of them with slides, so it makes a lot of fun for kids. Each evening there is a nice entertainment program for kids.

The property was clean, well-maintained and modern. The service upon check-in was friendly & excellent. There was a very polite and friendly gentleman to help us with parking and luggage, which I find to be rare in Bulgaria, but very helpful when you have young children and a lot of things to carry in. The market on-site was also very convenient.

It's the best complex you could ever dream qbout. It's the second time we come here and definetely not the last one. Pool is amazing, apartments are very clean, big and inside this hotel you have everything you could want and you are 10 walking steps from the beach. The staff is very good as well - very carrefull, client oriented.

It's our 3rd time here, so this is a proof that we relly like it here. The resort is great it has everything you need for a holiday: pool, slides, sea, shops, medical staff. Kitchen is fully equiped, in case you chose to cook for yourself. Room is being cleaned daily, towels changed daily.

Great swimming pools, there were always enough sunbeds and didn't feel crowded even though the hotel was at full capacity in August. The slides were a real joy for my kids, we almost never had to wait. The beach is right next to the hotel, direct access from the swimming pool area. The nearest beach is not very big, but was perfect for us. There is another beach, few steps away, with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and a restaurant. The room was good, nice kitchen, a balcony, and a perfect air conditioning. My husband booked a Turkish hamam massage and it was very good. There is also a small supermarket in the hotel, with reasonable prices.
