This bright fully equipped small apartment is located in the heart of Varna, 280m. from the beach, few minutes away from the train station, archaeological sites, hip bars and restaurants. It is a 31 sq.m., 3 th floor flat (the building has an elevator and a doorman), with views off the city rooftops and small balcony, suitable for couples & singles . The location is a safe, youthful, commercial-residential area. PLEASE NOTE: Pets are limited to one small breed dog up to 10 kg in weight. The space The apartment consist of: -bedroom/living room with a comfortable double bed (The mattress was replaced recently) -kitchen (fully equipped) with a futon bed and comfortable dining table with two chairs - bathroom with shower -a nice balcony with table and two chairs Bedding arrangements: -one double bed -one single futon bed -one small couch bed Guest access "Parking lots and garages - Varna" has 12 paid parking lots on the territory of Varna. Two of them are about 5 minutes or less walk from the apartment. The working hours of the blue zone (parking in the street) are from 9 am to 8 pm. Cost is 1 lev per hour, limited to three hours and can be paid with an sms or via app.

Renting our stylish little flat, you find yourself in the VERY center of ancient Roman town of Odessos. The "Greek Quarter" of Varna is built practically on top of the Roman empire settlement. The famous Roman Thermae (Public Baths) of the 2nd Century AD can be spotted from your terrace; there are literally hundreds of historic buildings, museums, restaurants, cafes, and other curiousities within 2 -10 min walk in all directions from the flat. We write a detailed restaurant / cool things guide to all our guests. The beach is in 3 min walk, and it's ideal for all day and night shopping (24 hr supermarket just across the road). We are always available for help or questions, we can also help organizing car rent, day or half-day trips, theater or festival tickets, and any other activities for our dear guests. We are fluent in Russian and English, can manage German and French, we love traveling ourselves and are very open and helpful hosts!
