The apartment has un unique location - on the doorstep of the Sea Garden, the central beach and the most attractive area in Burgas - the area of ​​the Marine Station. Located in a small, recently renovated building on the second out of three floors, the apartment has a wonderful view of the port and the Marine station. The living room is furnished with new furniture and a sofa by "Ergodesign", with two full and comfortable Spanish mattresses. This way you do not have to unfold a sofa and there is no quality difference from a normal bed. Having a desk for work or dressing table is another important convenience. The bedroom has a super comfortable single bed and a double bed 160/200 sm with a high quality Spanish mattress . Both rooms have aluminum blinds and blackout textile curtains for a good sleep. The dining room and kitchen have everything you need for cooking, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and large refrigerator. You have access to high-speed 4G or 5G internet and Vivacom digital TV with activated sports and HBO packages. Air conditioning in each room. There is also parking in the yard for one car, which in this area is an exclusive bonus
We have been renting out accommodations for 6 years now and we try to be at the highest level. Comfort and cleanliness are our priority. You can also see our other properties - "Top Center Modern and Quiet Apartment" and Apartment in Sea garden, Flora in Burgas, as well as "Budzhaka Villa" in Sozopol.
The best restaurants in the city, cafes, night bars, exhibition and congress centers are steps away . The summer theater and the main pedestrian streets in Burgas are within 5-10 min walking distance. The main train and bus station is a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. Across the street is the 5 star hotel Primorets with its restaurants, piano bar, spa and fitness centers, beauty salon.
