Building close to FGV/EAESP, and main hospitals in São Paulo as Sírio Libanês (300m), Nove de Julho (160m), IGESP (950m), Santa Catarina (1,8km), Emilio Ribas (1,8km), Hospital Beneficência Portuguesa (24,km), Hospital das Clinicas (2,5km), and others. New furnishe w/ full-size mattresses, equipped kitchen, utensils (cooking pans, plates, cups, etc.), fans, 41-inch TV, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, good refrigerator, entrance door with electronic lock and secure parking (parking need to request 5 days before the reservation season). When you make your reservation, you will receive a password for the electronic lock. Building has 24-hour doorman and security guard.

Apartment location is unbeatable. It is 2 blocks from Paulista Avenue, business and cultural center of Sao Paulo and Latin America. Many times compared to the Soho Area in New York City, the "Jardins" (Manhattan) side of Paulista is truly a paradise, as everything for your business and personal needs and enjoyment is within walking distance from the apartment. For transportation around the city, there are taxi stands pretty close. For public transportation, there are public bus stops on the Nove de Julho Ave, in front of the building. For the subway, there are intersecting lines which can take you anywhere in the city also just two block away on the Paulista Avenue. From apartment, the whole city is accessible by public transportation or taxis practically immediately. Also, within walking distance are the best restaurants, movie theaters, shopping centers, gallerias, coffee shops, and luxury item stores in the entire city. Three blocks away from the apartment is Trianon Park, a heavily wooded and mini jungle park with opens early in the morning and closes in the evening.
