Nae's Cozy Rest is just a minutes away from the airport, shopping plazas, supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, shops, and gyms! It is also a short commute to Baha Mar resorts and casino allowing you the enjoyment of the facilities and entertainment of the mega resorts. This townhouse comes fully furnished with A/C, washer, dryer, an office desk/chair and many other. This self-catered apartment features a private pool, a garden, BBQ Grill facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with pool views. With its open concept living/dinning spacious cozy rooms, en suite bathrooms , a pool area/backyard that is very relaxing, it gives you a feeling of home away from home. My place is excellent for family, couples and solo adventurers. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance.
I have worked in the Tourism industry for over 40 years and have found my niche. I enjoy reading, exercising, outdoors, swimming, cooking, travelling and meeting people. Because I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, welcoming them to my beautiful island/country and sharing the rich Bahamian culture with them, I recently decided to renovated one of my townhouses to become a host. I await with enthusiasm to host you.
This townhouse is situated in an upscale quiet safe multifamily/rental community called Sea beach estate. Because of its location, getting around is very easy. You can chose to rent a vehicle( you have your own parking space), catch the local bus(5:30 am - 6:30 pm daily), catch a taxi or walk( due to many places being within walking distance) This property is a mar 7-9 minutes drive away from the famous Baha Mar Resort, Casino and Baha Bay waterpark, a 3 minutes (1.8 Km) drive to The Caves, a 10-14 minutes walk from nearby no name beaches, a 13-minute walk from Sandyport Beach and one kilometer from Orange Hill Beach. If you would like to discover the area, fishing is possible nearby. Cable Beach is 1.8 km from Nae's Cozy Rest, while Atlantis Aquaventure Water Park is 11.3 km away. You can find many places to eat within Sandyport and within the nearby vicinity. Sapodilla a well known 5 star restaurant is a mare 800 meter away .
