You will be welcomed to your vacation home with a large mudroom to store shoes, jackets, and ski boots. Up the stairwell, you will find the spacious, recently renovated living room equipped with a warm gas fireplace and large screen tv. A small balcony leads off from the living room for fresh air. The adjoining open plan fully equipped kitchen has also been renovated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops which is fantastic to prepare meals. The open plan dining area is also on this level which can comfortably seat 6 guests for mealtime. The half bath and the washer/dryer complete the main level of this beautiful home. Make your way to the top floor where all three bedrooms are located. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower over the tub. You will find a spacious balcony leading off the primary bedroom complete with your very own private hot tub. The second bedroom contains a single over double bunk, great for the children in the family. the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another spacious balcony. The sofa also pulls out to a double bed.  The second bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower.

Neighborhood info

IN THE SUMMER In the summer, it is a very popular area for biking, hiking, golf & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails. You are minutes away from Whistler Olympic Plaza which has a great children's playground, large park community space, and a stage where you can catch an array of free performances. IN THE WINTER In the winter, you can walk through the Village to the slopes (approx. 10 mins) or jump on the free shuttle bus located just outside the complex that will drop you at the base of Whistler mountain. You are a short walk away from tons of xc skiing and snowshoeing trails at Lost Lake Park. Right across the street in the Olympic Plaza there is ice skating (extra charge) and a small tubing area for the kids.
