Toronto Pearson International Airport is conveniently located just 7 minutes drive away from the location and downtown Toronto will only take 12 minutes. Within only a 5 minute walk you can find popular establishments such as Costco, Wal-Mart, Restaurants, Starbucks , and banks. Sherway Gardens mall and Square One Mall will be a 10 minute drive away from the location. Less than one hour drive to Niagara falls.

Excellent neighborhood with a positive welcoming environment. The house is in a very convenient location for people who love shopping and spending the day outside.
