Sitting atop a ridge overlooking the Bow River, Rockland Park connects you with nature with views of the amazing river valley, the vibrant city and the mighty Rocky Mountains. Developed running or bike-riding trails along the ridge pathways. Convenient access to major thoroughfares whether you're going to downtown, Canmore or Banff, and quick access to the mountains. The neighbourhood is generally quiet at night. There are also developed walking and biking trails. If you have your vehicle (which is recommended) you have access to free street parking in addition to your private parking space in the property.
