Relaxing basement with a 65" Inch TV, X-Box with games, sofa, board games & foosball table. Fully-furnished bedrooms and fully-equipped kitchen- make our home, your home! In the heart of Vaughan, Just minutes away from Canada's Wonderland, Vaughan Mills, Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, banks, shopping, and more! The space ***NOTES*** Our house is NOT open to parties of any kind, nor gatherings larger than the stated and permitted guest count. Please do not inquire if you are looking to host a party or gathering. Our basement is fully furnished - large TV, X-Box, relaxing sofa, 30+ board games, and a foosball. Laundry machines are also in the basement. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES.
