Centrally located in the HEART of Commercial Drive (6 min walk), this MODERN, CLEAN, QUIET & PRIVATE apartment comes with everything you need. You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, parks, breweries, markets. IMPORTANT: *Check-In Time: 3 pm *Check-Out Time: 11 am -FREE PARKING PAD (in the back) -PRIVATE ENTRANCE/CORRIDOR -BEDROOM 1 has Queen bed (sleeps 2) -BEDROOM 2 (no windows therefore a "den") has Double bed (sleeps 2) -1 SOFA BED (sleeps 1) -1 ENSUITE BATHROOM (attached to Bedroom 1) with shower/tub, washer/dryer -FULL KITCHEN IMPORTANT ***You can book this apartment as either a 1 Bedroom OR 2 Bedroom*** ->If 1 or 2 guests, then only Bedroom 1 is available (Bedroom 2 is locked). Sofa bed is available if you need a separate sleeping space. ->If 3, 4 or 5 guests, Bedroom 2 (den) is available too. 3rd guest can sleep on the sofa bed, and 4th and 5th guests in Bedroom 2. The apartment itself is not that big, but is entirely self contained. There's a private entrance that's accessible from either the front or back of the house. You can park your car in the private parking pad ( back of the house), and make your way to the private entrance. There is also free street parking available out front. This apartment is on the 1st storey (therefore "garden" level with its own private access) of a 3 storey house. There is a locked door at the top so the apt is 100% isolated from rest of the house.
