Set on 0.5 acres, this waterfront home is over 3,300 square feet and can easily accommodate a minimum of 10 people. It features 2 spacious gourmet kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3 full size bathrooms, a movie room and several conversation areas. We've got you covered with books, 4K movies and TV shows, live streaming of top sporting events, traditional Canadian popular TV channels and karaoke equipment. The home is less than 5 minutes' drive from the ferry terminal, 10 minutes' drive from the airport and the town of Sidney by the sea, and 30 minutes' drive from Victoria. The home has always been kept spotless. We use professional high-temperature steam equipment for deep cleaning to protect the environment and protect your health. Watch the boats go by, hear the seagulls soar high, feel the warm embrace between the sea and land-- and this is your vacation time. Attention Please : This property has 2 options for rent, one option is 3 bedroom rental, the other option is 5 bedroom rental. When the night falls, looking out the window at the charming night scene, swaying red wine, listening to the old songs on the record player, as if let you travel back to the past. The resort is located near the ferry and airport, so you can go at your leisure. Just 10 minutes from downtown Sydney, you can stock up on fresh seafood to make a delicious dinner with your loved ones. 5 minutes drive away to BC Ferry; 10 minutes drive away to Airport; 10 minutes drive away to Sidney ; 20 minutes drive away to Butchart Gardens; 30 minutes drive away to Victoria’s Downtown.
