As a result, we are one of the only legal Airbnb units in all of Quebec, so no risk of cancellations due to regulatory problems. Parking and the entrance to the building to access the apartment is located in the back of the building on Hebert Street. There is no elevator, so guests will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach the apt. Once inside the apt there is a small foyer where guests can leave their shoes and jackets.
