Enjoy this wonderful province even more by staying at this charming gem located in the heart of St. John’s. Newly renovated and ready for you, this home has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and an open concept dining/living room. Wifi, Smart TV, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, Sitting areas on both front and back patios, oversized backyard surrounded by mature trees, and a fire pit area in the back. Located within minutes of downtown and both hospitals. YouTube “Maple Blue NL” for walkthrough video.

Maple Blue is located in the heart of St. John’s, a short 5 minute drive from the famous George Street and only 9 minutes away from Signal Hill. This clean, cozy, comfortable home is ideally located for anyone travelling to St.Johns for hospital visits/appointments as it is located less than a kilometre away from St Clare’s Hospital and a 7 minute drive from The Health Science Centre. Nestled away in a quiet, mature neighbourhood on major bus routes, Maple Blue is surrounded by all amenities, supermarkets, fast food, bowling alleys, farmers markets, salons, spas, lounges, gas stations, shopping malls, restaurants etc. This home is located minutes away from multiple major bus routes.
