A newly renovated lower-ground level unit with a separate entrance and high speed internet; Close to highway 400/401; 10-20 min drive to Yorkdale/ York University&/ Wonderland/ High Park/ Casa Loma/Pearson Airport; 20-30 min drive (if no traffic jam) to downtown/ CN tower/ Eaton/ U of Toronto; 1 min walk to TTC bus that goes directly to Eglinton West subway station; <10min to big banks, groceries, recreational center and local shopping mall; Free parking on the side driveway; Please note that the coordination of parking (i.e. moving cars) might be requested; The upstairs may be occupied so you might hear sounds like footsteps from upstairs and vice versa. We prepared ear plugs on the side table for a better sleep; A separate side-door entrance with self-check-in access; The lower ground level unit with ceiling height is 6’7”; Rooms with full-size beds, plus a couch/sofa bed in the living area; can sleep up to 6 people; Second living room can be used as a second bedroom with a door and bed available; Full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, coffee, coffee mate, oil, salt & pepper, dishes, bowls, mixing salad bowl, glasses, mugs, drying mat, utensils; One full bathroom plus a private half in-suite bathroom (i.e. no shower tub); Smart TV is available in the living room, together with some board games. Feel free to log in to Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc., with your own accounts and remember to log out when you leave :)
