Beautiful four-season waterfront cottage open concept floor plan, cathedral ceiling. Spectacular 4,800 Sf living space. Incredible outdoor space perfect for fishing, boating, camping, swimming, and enjoying the breathtaking sunset. For your enjoyment, Foosball table, Rafts, Floating water mat, Rowboat, Kayaks, Paddleboarding, and table tennis, etc. The space ~~~ You’ll love it because we have doubled our cleaning efforts to provide a thorough cleaning including the disinfection of the touch points; clean & tidy, has comfy beds, cozy, bright, spacious & an ideal location. Also, your host/ co-host is warm, pleasant, and caring, with the desire to make your stay exceptional & enjoyable.
I am from Georgina. Professional 40 something, love to cook, enjoy travelling and exploring. Super excited to be able to share our place to visitors of this city from all over the world. The Neighborhood ·The cottage is located just 3 minute's drive to the town where you will find Food, Liquor stores, Beer stores, Tim Hortons, Walmart, Food basics, Pizza stores, pharmacies, Canadian tire, Restaurants, and almost everything you need. Lake Simcoe is well known for ice fishing and there is plenty of ice hut operators in the neighborhood. Bring your snowmobile. There are plenty of trailers in the area.
