This is a brand new building where we just launched 20 units. The main floor has local retail tenants where you can order it directly to your suite! This includes a gelato cafe, cocktail bar, breakfast sandwiches, pizza, beer, and even a plant-based cinnamon bun store! Enjoy breathtaking views of the downtown skyline on the rooftop patio. This property is located on Calgary's most iconic street - 17th Ave - where many shops, restaurants and parks can be found.
