It is the Lower Level (half basement) in the house. -Separate entrance -Whole suite includes: Private bedroom * 2, Queen bed * 2, Private Bathroom *1, Private Dinning room *1, air mattress available -By car: 15km from Yvr Airport -Walk 1 min to the bus stop, 4 min to 7-Eleven -Near Metrotown, Central Park -Drive around 15km to DT Vancouver, Richmond Centre or Surrey Central City -By Skytrain: Royal Oak Station, Walk 820m -Convenient by Skytrain to Downtown Vancouver, Yvr Airport, Surrey Central etc.
