Guests traveling with pets, please note that you must notify the property in advance and pay a nonrefundable pet fee of $120 per pet, per stay. Please pay the pet fee on the day of arrival by cash. Only one pet is allowed per reservation. The property allows pets with a maximum weight of 40 kilograms. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or cancelation of your reservation. Guests are also responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay.

Guests who wish to check out later than the agreed-upon time must request permission from the property in advance. If permission is granted, a late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for the first hour, and an additional fee of $25 will be charged for each subsequent hour. Any partial hour will be charged as a full hour. Failure to vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time without prior approval will result in an additional full day's charge or $250, whichever is greater. Late checkout is subject to availability, and the property cannot guarantee that it will be available. The property reserves the right to deny any late checkout requests at its discretion.

The property offers laundry facilities for guest use, subject to availability. Guests must provide 24 hours' notice to the property to make laundry facilities available. Laundry services are available on weekends and weekdays between 6pm to 10pm. Laundry fees are $1 for every 10 minutes of use and must be paid in cash at the time of use. The laundry room will close promptly at 10:30 pm. The property is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to CAD 215 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
