The bed is good, pillows are great, shower is ok. The bathroom lighting is horrific. adjustable lighting would be welcomed, in addition to a nice ceiling heat lamp. The breakfast is o.k, but could be better. Still glad its there, at least its something to start the day with without having to leave the building. The coffee is good. The support staff are very helpful. Parking is often a challenge. Its nice having a bit of green space outside closeby to walk the pooches.

The staff were great! Very welcoming, happy, and professional. The rooms were clean and bright with lots of lights. Beds were somewhat comfortable, pillows could use an upgrade but not terrible . I am very particular about where I stay due to cleanliness, and this hotel made the cut!

The breakfast was perfect.
The breakfast was perfect. Lovely warm muffins, hot pot of coffee, cream and milk, fresh fruit and great yoghurt. Room was quiet and loved our own little table set on the front porch. The shower was accessible with a shower bench brought in for my mom. Just awesome

Fort Langley is a cute little town with nice boutiques and cafes. There is a lovely river walk. The historical museum was closed but they are building a big, new complex which looks great. We especially enjoyed Wendalls Bookstore and Cafe.

I chose Langley for a specific place to visit that was 15 minutes away. It all depends on your reason for traveling. It's a decent size city/town with plenty of shops and food and things to do.
Very accomodating and friendly at check in. Check out was friendly and easy but had to call the person to the front to help us, not a huge deal. Room was clean and had good amount of towels. My son was thirsty and went to front desk to find out if there were vending machines and there weren't. Starbucks in the hotel was closed at this time but the hotel front desk staff stepped up and gave him another water bottle as he cant go in casino to get a drink in there.
Nice place over all price not bad but could be little cheaper but this is BC stands for bring cash noticed that over all
Happy overall just pricing no discounts for truck drivers at any hotel any more but all the plants an manufacturers want there freight but drivers pay the price if we break down at one time we had a drivers rate we make not bad money but look at the time on the road we work 70 hrs average week most people work 35 or so how is this fare
Cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was and how surprised we were at the excellent breakfasts made available. Facilities were clean and well maintained. The only negative would be the use of the pool. As other reviewers have stated..for some strange reason there are lessons happening in the pool regularly and our grandchildren (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel) could not use the pool. That was disappointing.
Apartment was new(er), roominess OK but not exceptional, security regulations made us uncomfortable, made us feel that we were being surveilled
Would not recommend this facility!! Will stick to traditional hotels that have more going for it in the future
The breakfast was good, food was processed but the coffee was good, as for the hotel, it is a little dated but clean, the staff were amazing, very professional and helpful. The housekeeping staff were amazing, they kept the room and areas very clean
The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was standard hotel fare but adequate. The location was close to the LEC, which was our reason for the visit.
The quality of this hotel is top notch. Large rooms, super comfy beds, very clean. Excellent breakfast choices. Stay with Holiday Inn anywhere and you will always have a good place to stay.
Rooms were big . Breakfast was hot and actually quite nice . As per other reviews there were some who mentioned it was bad but it was at par with other hotels within the price range .
The hotel staff were excellent. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was just off highway one with easy access and a nice area. Highly recommend
the staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to takeout and town isnt far. The hotel allows pets which is great as i require a service animal.
