Location was great, it is the closest to outlets already! Shuttle provided was really on time and drivers were really helpful. My sister was feeling a little under the weather then but she said she slept really well, room was really nice and clean!

I didn’t eat anything but the location is good.

Staff were lovely & helpful. The hotel & rooms were beautiful. Rooms were clean, good size, comfy beds & pillows. Close to everything. The bathroom had plenty of space & heated floors. I would not stay anywhere else if I'm in Vancouver again. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved how close it was to our concert venue. Staff were amazing and the room had a great view and comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Very helpful staff (front desk, kitchen and cleaners). Facilities were superb. Everything I needed and wanted (drinks station, breakfast, gym, room size, bed, blinds, bathroom, thing to put suitcase on, coffee machine with decaf, wifi) Cleanness and location great also.

We visited during a busy time (New Year) so spaces to sit for Breakfast were limitied. We chose to take our breakfast back to our room, liked the orange juice, muffin, yoghurt selection. Sometimes came for a coffee late evening,

I stayed there before. Gorgeous view over downtown and the harbour. Spacious room with all the necessities. Ample restaurants in the vicinity and easy walking to Canada Place, Service Canada, etc.

The location is perfect, easy to walk around city center, room had a lot of light, was very cosy and clean, staff is very helpful.

Centrally located, got many nice cafe and restaurants nearby, which the hotel has a sheet to introduce to guests. Staff is very friendly. The lady that checked us in can even speak good Chinese! Very clean room. And learnt about how it’s a not-for-profit hotel that supports local women and kids with many nice initiatives. Definitely a great place to stay to support great causes.

Its location is very convenient after long haul flight when a comfortable room and nice food are a necessity to go on the next leg of our trip relaxed and refreshed

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. After our long flight, they noticed how tired we were and kindly allowed us to check in a little early since our room was already ready, something we truly appreciated. They offered great recommendations around the area, and after we checked out, they happily stored our luggage so we could enjoy our last hours without any hassle. Every interaction with the team was positive; their attentiveness really stood out. The room itself was exactly as described, immaculately clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect base for our stay and definitely exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
