Welcome to the Lofts at one | four | seven. we are excited to host you in our beautifully curated suite. The loft is located downtown Ingersoll, on the second floor of our commercial property. At street level, we own a home goods shoppe + we reside on the top floor. In 2016 + 2017, we renovated every inch of the upper floor, now our primary residence, + in 2020+ 2021, we are pleased to say we have completed renovations on the second floor to include a photography studio + this studio suite.
hello, welcome to our modern + cozy loft suite. I'm a small town girl, with a love for nature + passion for interior design. When I'm not out adventuring in the great outdoors, you can catch me in my local small business, Dwell Urban Boutique. (located just beneath the suite) privacy is important to us. Should you require anything please reach out while staying with us. We are available if needed, but respect your privacy as well.
We are a small rural community with approximately 15000 residents. We have several great parks, walking + biking trails. We have several options for eating, from casual to fine + fast food. If you love golf we have several to choose from including our hometown course with a beautiful deck overlooking the grounds! the Main Street of downtown Ingersoll, 5 mins off the 401. Everything in Ingersoll is within walking distance for the most part. Our proximity to the 401 corridor allows for quick access to other cities + towns close by that you may want to visit. We've included a booklet in the suite with all of our favourite places to eat, unique shops we think you might like + several ideas for entertainment. We hope you will feel spoiled + cozy while staying as our guest. L
