It was excellent in all ways.

Fine location with excellent friendly services. Meals excellent. Owner very helpful.

The setting was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the dining room one night and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included-it was a great way to start the day.The hotel is easily accessed from the village.

Great staff, wonderful views, great food...highly recommended, and we would stay again at Hotel Alpenrose.

Only one minor suggestion...we wished there was an iron available for use...we had to go to Interlaken for a wedding, and an iron would have helped us.

This Hotel is just outstanding,the staff is friendly and even the dog Mara welcomes you. The rooms are spacious and nicely decoradet.they have 5 course dinner,which I can realy recommend and the breakfast buffet is very good. I recommend this hotel highly.

The staff was very professional and helpful, the open areas are large and very nice, the food is fantastic and a great value!

I did not have a balcony room and I thought I might just have a view of mountains behind me, but it was cement and the cleaning/ staff area that I had a view of, worst view on my trip. the rooms are also very dark, even with every light on. Seating is per set, we could never sit by the window- asked the day of arrival.

The mouse that found an aluminum wrapper in a bag in our room and began nibbling the foil looking for the cheese that once inhabited the foil. It woke us and caused quite a mystery as we looked for the source of the sound of the crinkling foil. I assume it was a field mouse from the mountains as the hotel appeared quite immaculate.

Great location and an outstanding staff made this an excellent choice. During my stay, I met lots of people who returned annually to Hotel Alpenrose which is a testment to the Hotel's great value. The location was also outstanding, very close to some great hikes/walks in the mountains.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend at Hotel Alpenrose. The room was clean. We had a southfacing room an the views were breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive. We has the hardboard and it was well worth it. Dinner every night was amazing! Breakfast was also good and had a good variety. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone looking to getaway. Will return...

Stayed here from July 15 to July 17. Excellent service. All staffs are very friendly.When we arrived, they have a van to pick us up from the train station. Reception was very good. Room was very comfortable, quite big and clean. Location: Its about 5 mins walk downhill from the station.

Its a fairy tale location. The landscape is magnificent. Wengen is a unique town with basically no cars. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The food is great.

Half board dinner at CHF25 per pax is very value for money!

Breakfast spread is the same everyday. If would be good to have some variations.

A very charming alpine holiday resort. Very comfortable, picturesque and relaxing hotel. Tremendous alpine views. First class 5-course meals were of outstanding quality and value. Unfinished bottles of wine could be kept for next night. An excellent selection of wines. The service at all our meals and generally was excellent with friendly and efficient staff. Staff spoke English and were very helpful with our requests and providing tourist information.

There was nothing we disliked at Hotel Alpenrose. We wish we could have stayed another week.

1. 호텔 위치상 높은층 발코니 뷰는 최고였을듯 하지만, 반대쪽은 최악이었음. 채광이 전혀 되지 않아 어두컴컴하고 창문을 열면 바로 앞에 침구류 세탁하는 곳이 있었음. 이 호텔은 무조건! 발코니 룸으로 예약해야됨. 2. 기차역에서 멀지는 않지만 경사 아래쪽 방향에 있어서 반대로 올라갈 때불편함. 3. 식당의 자리도 객실에 따라 정해져 있어 일찍 내려가도 창가 자리에 앉을 수 없고, 역시나 어두컴컴함.

Das Bett im Einzelzimmer war recht klein.

とてもとても居心地の良いホテルでした。スタッフの方はとても気さくで、いろいろなリクエストにも親切に対- 応していただき、心より歓迎していただいてることがよく伝わってきました。夕食も大変おいしく、でもあまり- かしこまらず、私たちには丁度いい感じで、十分楽しめました。部屋はゆったり過ごすのに十分な広さが確保さ- れており、清潔で静かであり、窓からはベルナーオーバーランドの山々とラウターブルンネンの谷がいつも見え- 、時折ヤギの小さな鳴き声が聞こえたりして、想像していた通りの時間を過ごすことが出来ました。また、We- ngenを訪れた際にはこの素敵はホテルで良い時間を過ごしたいと思います。

良くなかった点はありません。 あえて挙げるなら朝食がもう少し早い時間からいただけると良いかもしれません。（山の天気は朝の方がいいで- すから）

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het diner wordt aan een zeer competitieve prijs aangeboden. Prachtige locatie.

C'est la seconde fois que nous séjournons à l'hôtel Alpenrose et tout était parfait: accueil, personnel, repas, propreté... Nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous nos amis !
