Hotel Bristol Zurich    

Having to pay up front and not at time of departure - and then not refundable - being far away and booking early there is the risk of an unforeseen event needing to cancel - and no refund or part refund.

Location is good. Cleanliness is excellent. TV channel choice is fantastic.

Breakfast is dull (bread bun, cheese, ham, juice, cereal, egg, croissant, jams). They skimp on costs here. The one pillow provided for each person is awfully uncomfortable. With pillows like these that just crumple and provide no support, it's necessary to provide at least two for a good night's rest. It's a bit too expensive for what's provided.

Great value for the price and close to the train station which was helpful for us since we were just stopping in Zurich overnight. We had a party of 6 and stayed in 2 rooms and it was very comfortable and clean.

Everything was above expected for what we paid.

Tea and coffee in the foyer. Roomy bedroom with plenty of space for luggage. Bed was not pretty but was comfortable. Staff were quick to resolve a problem with an airport transfer which didn't arrive. Proximity to the Old Town and its many restaurants was great - all in easy walking distance.

It was only a short walk from the station, downtown shops and eating areas. The staff were friendly and we had an upgraded room. The room was a good size, clean with a comfortable bed

This Hotel was available at the last minute due to my cancellation (one sided cancellation ) by hotel Marta (Hotel Marta was so unfriendly - They cancelled me on the last minute). So this hotel was an angel for me, which provide accomodation during almost midnight hours. Location was great, only a walk away (5minutes) from train station.

Easy to find, just across the bridge from the railway station. They even checked us in early! We had a triple room and had a good view, walkable from the old town!

Room was very minimal, but we were only there for one night. Construction on the street made it a bit difficult to get to and from the hotel.

Selina at the reception was extremely helpful and cheerful. The quadruple room was by spacious and the breakfast was very good.. Proximity to the main Zurich station is excellent. there were also many restuarants near the hotel. we had a very comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is very near Zurich HB station and can take tram no 11 or 14 to train station
